Unique Service Offering- Job completion times are greatly accelerated by supplementing flushing procedures with additional filtration. This additional filtration is often included in both the high velocity loop and as an additional low velocity kidney loop where the fluid is heated, de watered, degasified, and polished. This additional step ensures that the high velocity flush is completed with clean lubricants.
- Real time oil analysis is able to pinpoint progress for the construction or commissioning supervisor. Real time oil analysis is also able to pinpoint filtration loops that require additional attention. This allows corrective action to be immediately taken.
- EPT flushes can be completed with the operating lubricant rather than a separate flushing lubricant and or chemicals. Using the operating fluid ensures there is no secondary lubricant or chemical contamination. Upon completion, fluid particle count will meet or exceed specification. This eliminates the need to replace the lubricant resulting in significant savings. Job completion specifications are verified onsite and by independent lab analysis.
- All EPT equipment used in a service project is flushed with the same type of lubricant required for the flush eliminating the possibility of cross contamination.
